Terms of Use

1.Who We Are

Homestead Holo is a partnership between BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC / Offices of Tylor Tanaka and KMK Molokai LLC. The app is developed and operated by BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC, 40 Ala Malama A108, Kaunakakai, HI 96748. The event and all event content featured in the app are owned by KMK Molokai LLC. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC and, where the context relates to the event or event content, KMK Molokai LLC.

2.Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3.User Content

You may submit posts, comments, reactions, and photos ("User Content"). By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you grant BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC and KMK Molokai LLC a non-exclusive license to display it within the app and in connection with the event for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of your content.

3a.Event Content and Intellectual Property

All event content in the app — including the event name, branding, logos, schedules, results, and related materials — is owned by KMK Molokai LLC. The app itself, including its design and software, is owned by BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use event content or app materials outside the app without written permission.

4.Prohibited Content and Conduct

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• ▸Illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful
• ▸Sexually explicit or violent
• ▸Someone else's private information or copyrighted work without permission
• ▸Spam, scams, or intentionally misleading

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

5.Reporting and Blocking

You can report content using the Report button and block other users in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting the user who provided it.

6.Events and Participation

The event featured in this app is owned and operated by KMK Molokai LLC. Racer profiles, schedules, and results are entered and maintained by event staff, and details may change at any time. This app is for following the event digitally — attendance at or participation in any physical event is subject to that event's own rules, waivers, and safety requirements, which are set by KMK Molokai LLC and are separate from these Terms.

7.Purchases

Any purchases of physical goods or event registrations are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. All sales details, including refunds, are described at the time of purchase.

8.Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither BUJIFIED Hawaii LLC nor KMK Molokai LLC is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
